Student Affairs
The Student Affairs team at Oulton College focuses on holistic student support and provides services and resources to help students thrive and succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Our functional areas, or departments, comprise Student Services and Career Services, ensuring students get the best experience from enrolment to post-graduation. The team is composed of two coordinators: the Student Services Coordinator and the Student Retention Coordinator; as well as two Career Services Advisors. Each coordinator or advisor specializes in a specific area, allowing them to provide targeted support to students.

The Student Retention Coordinator is dedicated to supporting students’ holistic well-being and academic success at Oulton. They provide comprehensive assistance including academic, mental health, and community resources for all students, domestic and international. Collaborating closely with the Student Services Coordinator, the Retention Coordinator offers personalized appointments to address student challenges and strategies for overcoming barriers throughout their academic journey.
